Dr. Patrick Uduma is a renowned Mediative Leadership Expert with a strong presence in African leadership circles. He has shared his leadership principles as a keynote speaker and trainer in various African countries, including Rwanda, Togo, Benin Republic, Uganda, Kenya, Ghana, Tanzania, Zimbabwe, Cote d'Ivoire, and Nigeria.
Since 2017, as the Founder and CED of the Udumas Development Initiative, a Non-Governmental Organization, he has aimed to challenge the status quo and redefine leadership standards through platforms like “StandOut with Patrick Uduma,” a life class that mentors people on value creation. This life class has inspired the creation of other platforms such as StandOut Radio – a Saturday morning session on 92.3FM Nigeria Info PH; and the Equipped Boy-Child – a platform that mentors boys aged 9 to 20 on self-discovery and realizing their unique potentials with confidence and intentionality.
With over 20 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry and as a business and financial coach, he has trained over 10,000 leaders and serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at Icren Services Limited and MD Mart.
